Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5 working days using the same payment method used during the purchase.
Please note, payment Gateway charges will deduct about 5% on total fee for initiating the refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only applicable for cancelled orders that meet the cancellation conditions. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Policy:
All products are non-returnable once the order has been placed. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, descriptions, and specifications before placing an order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team immediately with photos and order details, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
